More about Todd A:"Todd was born in Culver City, California and grew up in Durango, Colorado. He wrote his first novel in his senior year of high school in 1988, forevermore addicted to the thrill of creation.
In 1991, Todd attended the Colorado College. During this four-year span, TSR published two of his short stories. In 1992, Seekers was published in the Dragonlance anthology, The Cataclysm. In 1994, The Letters of Trayn Minaas was published in The History of Krynn.
In 1995, Todd graduated with a bachelorâs degree in Art Studio. By 1998, Todd had finished three novels on his own and collaborated on three more with Giles Carwyn. In 1999, t...Expand for more
he two friends were published again. They produced Songsayer for the Dragonlance anthology Heroes and Fools, and the short story True Love (or the Many Brides of Prince Charming) for the fractured fairy tales anthology Twice Upon a Time from Daw Books, which was recognized in the New York Public Libraryâs âBooks for the Teen Ageâ in 2000.
In 2004, Todd and Giles finally struck a chord with their collaborative fantasy novel, Heir of Autumn, capturing the interest of New York agent Donald Maass, who auctioned the book and landed a three-book contract with HarperCollins. Heir of Autumn was published in hardback in 2006, followed by the sequel, Mistress of Winter, in 2007 and the final book in the Heartstone Trilogy, Queen of Oblivion, in 2008.
Todd currently works as the Director of Special Events at the American Diabetes Association, and is currently working on new project, as-yet-to-be disclosed.".
